National PSN Radio PSAs
PSN’s public service radio announcements stress the effect of gun crime on families. Additional PSAs provide examples of how to promote specific initiatives. View a list of radio PSAs.

Developed by the U.S. Department of Justice, the National Crime Prevention Council, and the Ad Council, the new television public service announcements seek to engage communities and families by portraying the consequences of gun crime to illegal gun users and its effects on their families. The following are three radio public service announcements Johnnie Cochran did for Project Ceasefire. These are posted as examples of radio PSA’s that districts may use for their own specific initiative. Districts may want to use the ad, but plug in their local initiatives tag name and then use local personalities such as prosecutors, US Attorney, local district attorney, judge, etc., to pitch the ad.
